What if I'm shipping to a PO Box?

We cannot ship to a PO Box. It must be a street address.

What is the difference in the delivery time for UPS ground vs. USPS mail?

For UPS: Go to http://www.ups.com/maps
Use the Psi Chi zip code 37403 as the ship from location to see your estimated delivery time.

For USPS mail: Go to http://faq.usps.com
Under Class of Mail, go to Parcel Post. This is the method used to send most merchandise items. Replacement Certificates will go out First-Class Mail.

What will it cost to ship my items on the new eCommerce site?

At checkout, you will have a wider range of options for shipping your merchandise. The cost will be based on the weight of the items in your cart and on the delivery destination.

When will my order be filled?

We know that it is important for you to receive merchandise in a timely manner and always strive to get orders out as quickly as possible. The Central Office staff tries to process orders within 3 days or less of receipt during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. However, if you need your items in less than 15 business days, you need to purchase expedited delivery to ensure on your items arrive on time.

Why am I unable to add some Chapter Supply items to my cart?

Although you may view the items on the website, they are only available for purchase through the Administrative Chapter log in.

Why should I choose UPS Ground over USPS mail?

UPS provides you with a tracking number that allows you to track your package on their website from pick up to delivery. UPS guarantees delivery of your package to be safe and secure from loss or damage up to the point of final delivery. Our USPS mail option is just like dropping a letter in a mailbox. There is no tracking or insurance available.
